Migration

Recently, there was violence in Mumbai against U.P. and Bihari people. Everybody knows that it is just a political stunt and things will heat up for the next elections.
But please know that people of Maharashtra are mostly angry with them because of their non-sanitation, filthiness.
It is like someone is standing outside your gate. Sometime later he comes inside the gate. You ignore it in humanitarian ground. He asks for work. You are also happy that you get someone to work for you. Few days later he asks permission to use your out-house only for the night. You agree with it considering his discomfort. Few months later he asks whether his brother can share the room. Then he also proposes a small amount as a rent.
Later his family comes. Now there are children as well. One fine day you find that the children are using your door for peeing. Few days later you find that your veranda is now toilet room for his guest. Someone from his family is spitting unconciously on you while you are walking.
This is the same case happening with my city. Since one can have hand to mouth easily here, nearly 1500 people are coming to Mumbai daily from every corner of India. That is 45,000 per month. And hence Mumbai is suffocating.
But highest number is unskilled labor from Bihar and U.P.
Why do Biharis migrate?
Today this state is compared with the hell though highest number of IIT students and IAS officers are from Bihar. Here, like Columbia, kidnapping is main industry. Various illegal armies / terrorist groups are under different name affecting different areas of Bihar.

It mainly happens because -
1) No industries because of lack of infrastructure like roads, light, telephone etc. Only Government Undertaken big factories are there but less in numbers.
2) Security problem of successful industrialist and their family.
3) Std. 10 Exam centers only at district place. Very less colleges and that are also for few faculties. (Then also highest numbers of participants in Math’s Olympiad, Astronomy – physics Olympiad are from Bihar)
4) Flood problem every year and hence farming is impossible.
5) Unavoidable caste system. Life is worst for Lower caste, economically backward and women / girl child overall.
6) Even if a person goes to Mumbai or Delhi for education and gets a degree or higher level education, usually forcibly gets married with the daughter of the rich people, especially feudal lords with the help of hooligans at the tip of gun.
7) These feudal lords have their own illegal armies with up to date ammunition.
8) Corruption at the peak comparing other part of India. Police is helpless and under the influence of politicians.
But the sad thing is that so called nationwide leaders of Bihari people are not interested in improving this situation honestly.
Therefore states like Assam, Maharashtra are fed up with this flood of migrants. Now the biggest problem is that it has become a political issue where Bihari politicians are also responsible for it.
Even today, when there is Railway recruitment is there in Maharashtra, advertises are in the news papers of Bihar on the large scale. Therefore Maharashtra feels that it is systematic plan to bring the Bihari people here in large number in order to gain upper hand in the politics of Maharashtra.
